Crossroads Wines & Liquors offers Free Delivery from Battery Park to 125th Street (Mon. through Sat.) on orders that exceed $200 (USD).
Please note that the "free shipping" will not be reflected during checkout. We will manually deduct the shipping cost before charging your credit card, when we process and ship your order.

Terms and Conditions
All alcoholic beverages are sold in New York, New York and title passes to the buyer in New York. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of New York. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your order is delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult (person over 21) to sign for the wine!
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of your purchase at 1-212-924-3060 between the hours of 9am-6pm Est. Monday through Friday. We ask that you retain the original shipping boxes and inserts in order to facilitate any return shipments. Please, do not return any merchandise without authorization.
Cancellations Policy
Most orders ship by the next business day. Should you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped but has not yet been received, you may do so however shipping charges will not be refunded. Please call Customer Service at 1-212-924-3060 between the hours of 9am-6pm EST. Monday through Friday. You will be asked to refuse the order when it arrives and when the merchandise is received back at our warehouse you will be refunded for the purchase price and sales tax.
